Responsibilities
Disassemble and assemble radiators, fuel tanks, DPF components, heat exchangers, HVAC components, etc.
Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Post-Secondary Heavy Duty Mechanic/Technician education considered an asset
Experience and knowledge in industrial heavy-duty equipment
Experience in repairing automotive HVAC systems
Experience with cranes, forklifts and material handling equipment, an asset
Familiar with hand and power tools
Soldering, Welding or Brazing Experience is an asset
Diagnose and problem solve mechanical and electrical failures
Up-to-date MOPIA certification
Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience performing the duties of a motor vehicle mechanic or equivalent,



relevant industry work experience; heavy duty preferred
Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Good organization skills, with ability to multi-task
Efficient and responsible with solid attention to detail
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Able to work as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Versatile and willing to do various tasks as assigned
Valid class 5 driver’s license
Proven understanding of safe work practices
Ability to Travel to customer locations as needed
