Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, primarily children, applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Duties
Implement behavior intervention strategies to address specific goals
Collect data on behaviour intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions and progress
Utilize research-based techniques to support positive behavioral changes
Experience
Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is preferred
Knowledge of special education practices and pediatric care is beneficial
Familiarity with data collection methods for tracking progress
Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
Previous experience in a hospital or patient care workplace is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
