Select People Solutions is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Worker to join our client’s team at a facility located outside of Lethbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Please note: This position is NOT located in Lethbridge and requires a daily commute. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory to be considered.

Compensation & Hours:
The rate of pay will be $20 - $22/hr.
This is a temporary, full time position

Position Summary:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently




Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records
Coordinate with couriers, drivers, and suppliers to support timely deliveries
Assist with inventory counts while maintaining a clean, organized, and protected warehouse

Required Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency
Reliable team player with a robust sense of urgency and accountability

Bonus Points:
Valid forklift certification
Willingness to work overtime if required
