Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality.
Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and presentation.
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock quality,



and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications
supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset.
background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
Extensive food service experience with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Familiarity with restaurant management operations and hospitality standards
Ability to preform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
