We are seeking a full time family law legal assistant for our Victoria office. Ten years of experience in family law, particularly Supreme Court of BC files, is suggested.

Excellent client, language, and organization skills are necessary. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, motivated, professional and can work well within a team.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:
General administrative duties, from answering phones to filing, making copies and scanning documents
Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and completing documents
Managing, organizing, and collating legal documents
Communicating with clients, counsel, and court officials
Assisting with billing
Drafting and filing legal documents

Must be proficient in working with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with Unity,



Foxit Editor and NetDocs would be a plus.

Must be proficient in English to proofread documents and currently reside in the Greater Victoria area.

Salary and hours will be commensurate with experience.
