Your expertise will help document compliance requirements and translate business needs into effective configuration specifications. Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure alignment with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current Time & Attendance system configurations
• Lead workshops for requirement gathering with stakeholders
• Manage business-side configuration ownership in North America




• Facilitate review sessions for design and configuration
• Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant implementation experience
• Robust Canadian payroll and compliance knowledge
• Experience with ADP and UKG platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with dispersed teams
