The North Face Banff is hiring a Stock Associate

We are looking for a full time team member to join us in back of house to support the smooth running of our operation. This is a blended role consists of 70% stock handling and 30% cleaning tasks.

Duties include:
keeping inventory organized + labeled, daily store floor replenishment

-stock running to sales associates and customers during
shipping and tracking shipments

-counting and receiving incoming orders, performing light office administrative task
regular cleaning of store, office, stock room and stocking supplies

This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills and clear penmanship and POS experience. Shifts are primarily day shifts with mid-week days off.

This role is very physical and includes lifting/moving boxes/bins, pushing/pulling racks, climbing on ladders, carrying product,



standing/walking for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 40lbs, climb on ladders, and multi-task in a busy setting.

Previous retail or inventory handling experience required and preference given to applicants with experience in Outdoor Industry, apparel sales or in a warehouse setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
