Join Our Team! Our clinically focused pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to complement our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive their medications accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories.
Provide support in medication administration under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
Greet patients and answer basic questions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and safety.
Organize and stock pharmacy supplies as needed.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.

Skills
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required, preferably in a clinical, community pharmacy.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, over-the-counter products and pharmaceuticals.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail for accurate medication dispensing and record keeping.
Robust organizational skills to manage inventory and pharmacy operations efficiently.
A willingness to learn and take initiative to enhance pharmacy operations and grow the business.
Exceptional knowledge and understanding of Kroll pharmacy software.
Knowledge of third party payors and coverages.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
