As the Supervisor, Site Plan Review, you will guide a team in managing site plans, minor variances, and more. With a focus on mentorship, you will promote an workplace of communication and collaboration to enhance performance and service delivery. Your leadership will drive high-quality outcomes aligned with the City’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and mentor the Site Plan Review team - Assign work and adapt plans to emerging priorities - Ensure customer service objectives are met continuously - Provide expert advice on planning matters - Author staff reports and coordinate city submissions
Requirements: - Four years degree in Urban Planning or related field - Four to seven years of skilled planning experience - Two years in a supervisory role - Knowledge of Ontario Planning Act and Site Plan Review - Solid organizational and project management skills
