Multi-Way General Contracting Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer / General Construction Handyman to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on residential construction projects and can assist with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate should be practical, dependable, and able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities include:
General construction labour and site cleanup
Back framing and minor framing work
Painting and touch-ups
Minor repairs and deficiencies
Installing blocking, backing, trim, and other finishing items
Loading and unloading construction materials
Moving materials around the job site
Assisting carpenters and other trades
Using common hand and power tools
Preparing work areas and keeping the job site organized
Completing miscellaneous construction and handyman-type tasks as required

Qualifications:




Previous residential construction experience is preferred
Experience with framing, painting, repairs, or finishing work is an asset
Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying construction materials
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and own transportation is preferred
Must be willing to work at different construction sites as required

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and versatile, rather than someone who specializes in only one trade.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
