Overview
We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and a robust understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the protected and efficient operation of equipment on job sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and graders, in a safe and effective manner.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to execute construction tasks effectively, adhering to project timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in the transportation of equipment and materials to various job sites as needed.
Location: Willing to work in various project locations within Alberta.

Skills




Proficient in heavy equipment operation including all types of equipment brand machinery and other related equipment.
Experience operating GPS enabled equipment is an asset .
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
Experience with commercial driving for transporting equipment safely between locations would be an asset, but not required.
Familiarity with construction practices and safety protocols.
Ability to operate a variety of machinery including dozers, excavators, and graders efficiently.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 84.0 per week
