Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience, as well as a passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a protected, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, facilitating their development, and supporting their learning through engaging activities.

Duties
Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Supervise children's playtime, ensuring safety and engagement in activities.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom workplace conducive to learning.




Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere.

Requirements
Experience in caregiving or working with children is essential.
Background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of all abilities.
Knowledge of classroom management techniques is beneficial.
