We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook a variety of menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and compliance
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders seamlessly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout each shift
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper temperature checks and hygiene practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and excellent food presentation
Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
Experience with serving guests and understanding customer expectations in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with food handling regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen
