As an experienced Center Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality early learning and a supportive environment for educators. Your leadership will foster solid child-families connections while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards.

This role combines supervision of staffing and scheduling with creating engaging educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Own daily operations and overall success of the center
Lead, coach, and develop early childhood education team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment effectively
Ensure compliance with licensing and health standards
Build solid family relationships and manage center communications

Requirements:
2–5+ years in licensed childcare or early learning
Robust leadership and coaching experience
Knowledge of childcare regulations and safety
Degree in Education or related field
Child Care First Aid & CPR certification willingness
