What do our Talent Acquisition Specilaists do ? The recruiter would be supporting various departments such as Operations, Corporate, Customer Care and our Specialty lines of business. Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill open positions with quality candidates within established time frames Accountable for meeting key recruiting metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, quality of hires, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)



Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and align on business needs.

Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve. Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership. Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed.

Responsible for full cycle recruiting and/or specializing in a designated area of the recruiting process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout interview process, etc.) Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams Experience with resume databases and ATS Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or virtually Billingual in French is considered an asset #
