Equilibrium is seeking a Technical Lead, Mine Waste to head geotechnical investigations, design, and delivery for tailings and mine waste projects. You will guide technical quality, mentor staff, and grow client relationships while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across global offices.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, with tailings dam experience, robust leadership, and willingness to travel to mine sites as required.
