This role requires large-scale camp cooking experience and the ability to work independently. Produce scratch and pre-fabricated bakery products
Prepare and plate cakes, pies, and menu items
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Complete HACCP and production logs
Stock and maintain bakery service area Requirements:
Current Food Secure certificate is required
Large scale camp cooking experience required
Red Seal certification is an asset
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
