You will oversee the payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission-earning employees while ensuring compliance with provincial and state laws. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP
• Calculate piece-rate pay for field technicians accurately
• Ensure timely and exact sales commission payments




• Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger
• Maintain compliance with Canadian and U.S. payroll requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience across Canada and the U.S.
• PCP/CPM or CPP designation preferred
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar
• Solid Excel skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools for payroll efficiency
