As a member of the multi-disciplinary Short Term Assessment and Response Team, you will provide crucial mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapy. You will network with community agencies and support educational workshops on mental health topics.
Your role will directly impact families by ensuring they receive the appropriate resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments
Develop treatment plans tailoring to client needs
Provide short-term individual and family therapy
Facilitate client and family group interventions
Maintain comprehensive clinical records and documentation
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
Two years clinical experience with children and adolescents
Eligible for registration with a skilled association
Valid BC Driver's License
Knowledge of mental health intervention techniques
Utilize your skills to support youth in crisis and make a meaningful impact in the Fraser Health community.
