Hub Capital, a division of HUB International, is seeking a Dealer Services Administrator in Woodbridge. This hybrid role supports advisors with back-office tasks, account maintenance, and timely processing of transactions.
You will liaise with carriers, provide first-level trouble-shooting, and help onboard current advisors. The ideal candidate has 2 years of customer service in the investment industry, robust Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
