EIC Shared Services seeks a General Ledger Accountant to support its Financial Management team. This full time role focuses on month and year end accounting responsibilities and accurate reporting.

As a key member of EIC’s finance team, you will ensure all accounting functions are completed accurately and on time. Your expertise in daily banking functions, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations is vital. The position involves cooperative support with the accounts payable and receivable teams, addressing auditor requests, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily and monthly banking functions
• Prepare financial statements for quarter and year end




• Perform balance sheet and revenue reconciliations
• Review payable and receivable transactions
• Provide data analysis as requested by management

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a General Ledger Accountant
• Intermediate CPA program enrollment is an asset
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Great Plains Accounting system
• Solid communication and organization skills
