Become a key player at Think Academy as an ELA Teacher Recruitment and Training Specialist based in downtown Toronto. This full-time role involves recruitment and training for our cutting-edge online ELA program.

In this role, you will recruit and train ELA teachers for Think Academy’s US Online program. You will focus on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing hands-on training to ensure educators meet our instructional standards. Engage closely with the teaching team and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support quality teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various educational networks
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate communication
• Train and support recent ELA teachers through onboarding




• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure consistent teaching quality across the ELA team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Fluent English proficiency in spoken and written form
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
• Eager to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong responsibility in managing student experiences
