Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct housing searches while maintaining landlord relationships
• Prepare and maintain statistical data on housing trends




• Assess unit conditions and ensure compliance with bylaws

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience in social services or real estate
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and local housing
• Valid G Class Driver's License and reliable vehicle
