AgeCare in Ontario seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for residents, in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, and to supervise Personal Support Workers on the care team.
You will liaise with physicians, participate in shift reports, and ensure residents’ care needs are met throughout your shift. A valid College of Nurses of Ontario license in valuable standing is required.
