Become a key player in youth development with Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre as a Program Facilitator. Focus on tutoring, mentoring, and creating an inclusive workplace for youth aged 13 to 18. This temporary full time role supports low-income youth and aims to foster their self-esteem and sense of belonging. You will develop educational programming, facilitate operations for post-secondary preparation, and promote prospects through various communication methods. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and empowerment of youth in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs for youth
Facilitate tutoring and mentoring initiatives
Create promotional materials for program awareness
Support recruitment of mentors and speakers
Maintain communication with the Youth Programs team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
3–5 years of relevant youth experience
Knowledge of diverse populations and education systems
Computer skills and evening availability essential
