Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance projects on time and efficiently
• Operate and maintain specialized power equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address issues




• Set up and take down for various events
• Respond promptly to service calls from faculty and clients

Requirements:
• High school diploma; facility management certificate preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience required
• First Aid/AED/CPR certification needed
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing demanding tasks
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with valuable record
