In this role, you will also lead and supervise Pharmacy Technicians, students, and volunteers, fostering an inclusive and secure setting.

• Assess and evaluate drug therapies effectively
• Educate patients to promote medication autonomy




• Apply care models to prevent drug-related issues
• Conduct drug utilization reviews for cost-effective care
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and interns

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Previous hospital experience is required
• Empathy in patient interactions
• Ability to comply with safety policies
