Advanced Care Group (ACG) is hiring Registered Nurses — Perinatal (High Risk Labour & Delivery) for immediate contract placement at Royal Columbian Hospital in Current Westminster — one of BC's leading maternity and newborn care centres. 2 openings: start ASAP, contract runs through December 31, 2026

Provide direct nursing care to high-risk perinatal patients, with a focus on labour & delivery




Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond promptly to changes in patient status
Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and the broader care team
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility protocols
Current, unrestricted BC RN registration (BCCNM)
Recent High Risk Labour & Delivery nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced unit
Availability to start immediately
