Metric’s Occupational Health & Safety Manager will lead the Health & Safety Program across multiple civil construction projects, supporting crews, project managers, and leadership to maintain compliance and strengthen safety culture so everyone goes home protected.
You will conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations, manage Salus documentation, develop PSSPs, deliver training, and champion a proactive, on-site safety mindset on every active site in BC.
