This full-time position involves producing roman-style pizza alla pala inspired by traditional Italian recipes. As a Pizza Maker, you'll ensure compliance with portion sizes and quality standards, preparing each pizza to perfection. Collaborate with the Bakery & Pala Lead and assist Sales Associates to enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pizzas following specific Italian recipes
• Maintain cleanliness in food production areas
• Master all pizza production shifts
• Assist Sales Associates and engage with guests
• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a back of house position
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Availability for versatile shifts, including evenings
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experienced with wood burning ovens and mixers
