We are seeking an experienced a Refrigeration Class B Operator to join its growing maintenance team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity within a high-volume production environment that offers stability, growth, and strong internal advancement. and food safety standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Qualifications & Experience Valid Refrigeration Class B License (required) Class 3 or Class 4 Stationary Engineer certification preferred Millwright or Electrician license considered an asset Minimum 3 years of related experience , preferably within food manufacturing or an industrial setting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as required Compliance & Equity Statement This job posting represents a current vacancy.
