- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate support
- Assess and intervene in crisis situations effectively Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in outreach or housing support
- Knowledge of issues relating to homelessness and Indigenous culture
- Effective communication skills, capable of building trust with clients
