As a Track Loader Operator, you’ll report to the Foreman and be pivotal in efficiently operating the track loader for essential civil projects. Your role requires over two years of experience in underground utility construction and the protected operation of heavy machinery. You will contribute to team efforts by ensuring all duties comply with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the track loader for specific utility tasks
• Perform equipment maintenance and pre-operational safety checks
• Collaborate with crew members on active sites
• Haul aggregates, backfill trenches, and move debris
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating machinery
Requirements:
• 2+ years in underground utility construction
• 2+ years operating a track loader
• Valid Ground Disturbance certificate required
• Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Physically able to lift at least 40 lbs occasionally
