The candidate will lead the execution and continuous evolution of the digital innovation strategy and roadmap.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging AI tools and trends that can create new business value.
The candidate will promote a culture that encourages experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement.
The candidate will evaluate and prioritize digital initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the M365 platform to maximize business value and support adoption of new capabilities.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the platform is secure and aligned with architectural standards.
The candidate will be responsible for leading management, skilled, and unionized staff in alignment with digital innovation goals and priorities.
The candidate will collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and co-create digital solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and evaluating external partners, tools, and technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating progress, insights, and recommendations to the Director of Digital Innovation, Platforms and Analytics and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements
The candidate must have 7+ years of experience in technology, digital, or AI leadership roles, with proven experience implementing digital innovation initiatives.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), automation, and emerging digital technologies.
The candidate must have experience managing AI solutions as products, including lifecycle management from ideation through sustainment, continuous improvement, and value optimization.
The candidate must have an understanding of data management, quality, and governance practices to support reliable and responsible AI deployment.
The candidate must have knowledge of ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and responsible use of AI in regulated environments.
The candidate must have the ability to anticipate trends, assess business value, make data-driven decisions, and balance short-term results with long-term strategy.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize initiatives,
and deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
The candidate must have experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, tracking value realization, and making investment recommendations for digital initiatives.
The candidate must have strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
The candidate must have a track record of building high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams and demonstrate skills in coaching, mentoring, and fostering innovation.
The candidate must have an exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The candidate with an advanced degree (Master's or MBA) will be considered an asset.
