In this RPN role, you will deliver skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with AgeCare policies and the standards set by the College of Nurses. Your contributions will support effective resident care, implement procedural revisions, and maintain communication with healthcare providers regarding changes in resident status.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to medical guidelines
• Coordinate with Registered Nurses and healthcare providers
• Guide Personal Support Workers in resident care




• Participate in shift reports with healthcare teams
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status

Requirements:
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Knowledge of relevant health care legislation
• Positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Robust communication and team collaboration skills
