The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources Department at 150 Henry Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. This full time role oversees employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy compliance and initiatives to improve retention and engagement.
Ideal candidates hold a HR degree or certificate with 5+ years in a Generalist role, and possess solid knowledge of employment laws, with ADP HRIS and MS Office proficiency.
