Position Overview:As the Restaurant Manager, Service & Support, you will be the backbone of our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and a positive team environment. You'll oversee staff training, workflow efficiency, and quality control while supporting both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in executing the restaurant's vision.
Permanent employment, Full time Must be flexible to work any assigned shift as per business needs, including, Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, and Holidays.

Languages: EnglishEducation:
completion of a college, or other related program OR several years of experience in the hospitality Industry.Experience: 2 years to less than 3 yearsOn site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.Responsibilities and Tasks Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
Monitor staff performance.
Oversee floor management, refine workflows, and support inventory and POS system management.
Participate in recruiting of staff, training, and scheduling a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance feedback.
Provide support to the junior hierarchy including assistant managers and supervisors.
Enforce food safety, liquor laws, and workplace policies while maintaining necessary permits and staff certifications.
Provide customer service while ensuring seamless service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
