Become a Retail Account Associate with a focus on growing retail partnerships and enhancing internal processes. Work remotely in Canada, providing solutions and support for inquiries via Jira. In this full-time, six-month contract role, you'll play a key part in the Emerging Retail Success team.

Your responsibilities include managing high volumes of inbound retailer inquiries, collaborating cross-functionally, and documenting solutions. You'll support e-commerce success for our retail partners and help streamline internal processes as you grow your knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Process retailer inquiries via Jira and manage ticket resolutions
- Educate retailers to improve their e-commerce performance




- Address logistical and regulatory support requests
- Document growth opportunities for retailers
- Update and maintain Jira tickets and account accuracy

Requirements:

- 1+ years in B2B account management or remote support
- Solid proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset for process improvement
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
