As Vice Principal and PYP Coordinator, you’ll enhance teacher development, oversee the Primary Years Programme, and elevate educational standards. You will engage with faculty and students directly, maintaining a consistent teaching presence while supporting the broader educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Junior School Principal in daily operations
• Develop faculty capacity through coaching and skilled evaluations
• Lead the implementation of IB PYP practices




• Monitor student assessments and learning trends
• Oversee the Junior School library’s educational initiatives

Requirements:
• Deep understanding of the IB PYP framework
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• BC Ministry of Education certification required
• Master’s degree or equivalent in education preferred
