As a Universal Financial Associate, you will report to the Branch Manager and play a vital role in supporting members' banking needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing documents for Financial Advisors, engaging with walk-in members, and processing various banking transactions. Gather information for Financial Advisors to improve member conversations




Review accounts for accuracy and compliance
Open and manage current member accounts
Prepare loan applications and document transactions
Process daily banking activities like deposits and payments Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in retail banking or sales
High school diploma required
Post-secondary education in Finance is an asset
IFIC certification is preferred
