In this essential position, you will report to the Molding Cell Leader and Shift Supervisor. Your primary role will focus on packing molded production parts while ensuring quality inspection and housekeeping. The opportunity to relieve other Packers during breaks and manage any absenteeism will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Pack production parts into boxes following specifications
Check packing supplies at each machine and assemble boxes
Perform visual inspections for defects in tray parts
Assist in line clearance for product changes
Maintain cleanliness in the packing area and update production boards Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 2 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
Solid English communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
