The Head of Operations will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and manage departmental budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the financial accountability of Plant 1's budgets
• Support management with expert opinions and guidance
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Monitor daily operational efficiency and safety
• Develop current business strategies for process improvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a technical field
• 5+ years management experience in a technical workplace
• Knowledge of electroplating and metal finishing preferred
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
