The position works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and organizational leadership to translate approved strategic priorities into well-managed technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within established scope, schedule, budget, quality and collaborates with the Director, Enterprise Strategy, Risk and Transformation to support governance oversight. Key responsibilities for the incumbent include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, while prioritizing tasks and managing day-to-day operations, including documentation, timelines, resource allocations, risk and change management,



and contingency planning to mitigate risks and ensure accountability for project outcomes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate detailed project requirements into technical deliverables, define project objectives, scope, and outcome-driven measures, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-departmental business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable improvements. Apply the NLC project management framework and leverage methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) to ensure efficient project execution, adapting approaches as needed based on requirements while assessing the impact of project changes on schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies and expected project outcomes.
