As a Customer Service Motivator, your role is essential to creating a welcoming workplace for Members at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. You will greet them upon arrival, check them in, and efficiently handle incoming inquiries. Your expertise is pivotal in assisting both Members and Potential Members, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Members and check them in upon arrival
• Assist Potential Members and direct them appropriately
• Answer Member inquiries and handle incoming calls
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members
• Complete cleaning tasks to maintain club standards
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills
• Proficiency with computers and systems
• Previous customer service experience preferred
