In this senior advisor role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and managers on labor relations issues, provide training, and act as a spokesperson during collective bargaining. Your efforts will foster strong relationships with unions and support a collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as expert counsel for HR and management members
• Develop training for HRBPs on labor relations topics
• Manage collective bargaining and amendments to agreements
• Ensure consistent application of collective agreements
• Support dispute resolution and work closely with unions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or HR Management
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in collective bargaining preferred
