Reporting to the Inspection Division Manager, our Viking Vaughan branch is seeking a Fire Alarm Technical Sales Representative. Join Viking and help us continue our mission to protect people's lives, properties, and valuable assets.Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review inspection reports and identified deficiencies to prepare accurate repair quotationsFollow up with customers regarding outstanding deficiencies and recommended corrective actionsCommunicate with clients to explain deficiencies, code requirements, scope of work, and pricingCoordinate with inspection, service, and operations teams to confirm labour requirements, materials needs, and scheduling availabilityPrepare and submit deficiency quotations in a timely mannerTrack open quotations, follow up on approvals, and help move approved work into schedulingBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through skilled and timely communicationWork with technicians and supervisors to clarify technical details and ensure quoted scopes are accurateAssist with resolving customer questions, pricing concerns,



and scope clarificationsSuccess Factors:College diploma in fire protection, building mechanics, civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experienceExperience in troubleshooting and/or installing fire alarm systems (an asset)At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fire protection or prevention industryProficiency in standards and codes governing the conception and installation of automatic fire extinguishers systemsKnowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarmCFAA certification (an asset)Valid driver's licenseAbility to work well independentlyWhy Join Viking?Viking values, respects, and supports the interests of its employees from all walks of life.
