You will be a key decision driver, translating data into actionable directions that directly shape how teams engage with their players.What You'll DoAnalyticsCreate, manage and distribute data and insights utilizing analytics tools (SQL, Python)Analyze customer data to gather knowledge, generate insights, create value and support decision‐makingDesign and build player clustering models to define and refine audience profiles across the game lifecycleMaintain and update audience segmentations to ensure relevance as player behaviors and business contexts evolveSupport brand circulation strategies by identifying cross‐game audience overlaps and player migration patternsIdentify levers of audience segmentation, monitor their evolutions and their impact on business KPIsApply a variety of visualization techniques and design the content and appearance of data visualsProject Management & CollaborationOwn end‐to‐end analytical projects: scope, plan, execute and deliver, ensuring stakeholders are aligned throughoutTrack project progress,
communicate status and manage priorities across multiple concurrent workstreamsTranslate business questions and challenges from stakeholders into Audience Analytics projectsBe the main point of contact of the stakeholder teams; understand the brand and marketing objectives and the major initiatives; identify the most relevant methodology to answer the need; deliver insightsConduct meetings and coordinate different interlocutors (finance, research, marketing, ...)Work closely with CRM and media teams, understand their technical environment and constraints, propose an adapted approach to their operational needsProvide strategic audience recommendations to stakeholdersQualificationsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGMaster's degree (MA/MBA) preferred — Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics, or Econometrics2+ years of experience as a data analystProficiency in SQL and Python for data analysisExperience with clustering and segmentation methods (k-means, hierarchical clustering, RFM, or similar)Strong project management skills: ability to track multiple workstreams, manage timelines and communicate progress clearlyStrong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable and strategic recommendationsStrong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods and quantitative analysis techniquesExperience working with lakehouse data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar) is a plusProactivity and creativity with dataDemonstrated success presenting complex qualitative and quantitative data in a clear and compelling mannerNaturally curious, analytics‐driven mindset; comfortable challengingassumptionsExcellent written and oral communication skills
