You will oversee the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning while advancing an inclusive workplace. Reporting to the EVP, you will lead the P&C; team, implement strategies, ensure compliance, and manage the budget, all within a values-driven organization committed to affordable housing and community impact.
