This position is responsible for providing front-line customer service, managing day-to-day scheduling, and coordinating with the Programs and Events Supervisor for rental bookings and special events. This role ensures booking policies and procedures are followed, provides accurate information to facility users, and keeps schedules up to date across various platforms. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service, the Booking Representative builds relationships with staff and guests and supports programming that fosters community connection and facility use.
