This is done by establishing an effective technology life cycle spanning asset selection, operation, refresh, migration, and optimization, all the way through retirement and disposal.The Manager, IT Asset Management owns this function end to end: setting ITAM strategy and policy, ensuring the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), managing vendor contracts and renewals, and leading the ITAM Coordinator and future ITAM team members.
